Glossy white enamel - M 5148
Composed of Frit.
Zircon Opaque White Enamel, lead free, which makes it suitable for all kinds of edible pottery.
Admits decoration very well. We recommend the use of lead-free pigments when the room to be decorated must contain food.
The firing temperature varies between 960-980ºC.

Very good base for lead-free stains and can be mixed with lead-free glazes.
Can be decorated on glaze with the lead-free series which fires between 930°C and 1060°C.

Firing range 960° C - 980° C
Expansion coefficient 25-300°C: 70
Enamel / water mixture: 100 / 70
You can use MONOCOLL liquid glue to increase the adhesion of the glazes on the ceramic substrate.
Use MONOCOLL II between 1 and 3% (easier to dose in small quantities of glaze) or MONOCOLL III at 1% (ideal for preparation of 10 to 25 kg of glaze)
