It can also be used for the production of calibration moulds.

Low-speed mechanical spoiling (300 to 500 rpm) with clean equipment.

The type of propeller (size, mixing speed, shape) as well as the stirring time, the purity of the water, the mixing rate, influence the setting kinetics (flow time, working time, setting time...) and also the mechanical resistance and porosity of the hydrated plaster.  

Whenever possible, the use of a mixer with a vacuum bell is recommended to obtain a bubble-free paste.  

The plaster should be used cold, preferably after a few days of rest, in order to stabilise its reactivity and not to affect its working time.
