'Winter Stone' extra white stoneware with 30% porcelain grog 0-05 mm - WT

This clay, formulated with English raw materials, is a special feature of Solargil®.

Recommended for sculpture, wall works and all large pieces (live-size sculptures), also suitable for plate work.

Also used for Raku because this clay is very refractory.

Pure white colour in oxidation.

Enamels develop very well on this medium.

T° Bisqueware / 1050°C (1922°F)

T° Raku firing / 1050°C - 1080°C (1050-1976°F)

T° Stoneware firing / 1240°C - 1280°C (2264-2336°F)
