Technical characteristics :

T° Bisqueware / 980°C (1796°F)

T° Firing / 1250 - 1280°C (2282-2336°F)

Shrinkage dry / 2.8% from a paste with 17% moisture (metal moulds.)

Shrinkage at 1280°C (2336°F) / 2.3%

Porosity at 1280°C (2336°F) / 9%

Coef of expansion 25-300°C (77- 572°F) / 29.86 x 10-7

                            300-500°C (572-932°F) / 28.30 x 10-7

                            500-650°C 932-1202°F) / 35.18 x 10-7

Recommendations :

It is recommended to make a bisqueware at 980°C (1796°F).

Email firing at 1280°C (2336°F) recommended.

Single firing 1270-1280°C (2318-2336°F).

Do not fire below 1250°C.
