All H series ovens are equipped with the ATR-621 control with 15 baking programs of 20 segments and 1 control zone.

Power cut-off when the door is opened.
Several regulations can be adapted, the automatic chimney is included in the price. Power cut-off system if the maximum temperature is exceeded.

Details :

Oven with 3 heating sides, resistors mounted on Alumina tubes.

All electric resistances are maintained in place by Kanthal pins.

Motorized chimney.

The walls of the oven are masonry, the vault on the other hand is suspended.
That is to say that the blocks of the vault have in their center a refractory stainless steel part which is hooked to the carcass of the oven.
