350 MM DIAMOND WHEEL FOR POTTER'S WHEEL

Stainless steel disc with diamond abrasive coating for surfacing ceramic parts.

The diamond coating grinds the base of your ceramic pieces or removes drips or scratches after firing.

Installing the abrasive disc or plate on your lathes :

The abrasive disk must be installed on the turntable of your potter's wheel model TE9, PWDC, etc...

The turntable should be 350 mm in diameter, with 6 mm diameter drill holes and a 255 mm centre-to-centre distance.

Insert the 2 threaded lugs (on the back of the disc) into the 2 holes in your turntable.

Screw the 2 butterfly nuts under the turntable, not forgetting the 2 stainless steel washers.

Start your potter's wheel and set the desired speed.

Note:

-You can use the abrasive disc dry for small parts, but it is preferable to use it with a light sprinkling of water to avoid overheating the disc (large parts or prolonged effort on the girelle).

-The diamond coating is adhesive and can be removed and replaced later.
